Crémant is a sparkling wine, made according with the traditional method of bottle-fermentation
(the 2nd fermentation) as used in Champagne. We produce 2 different Crémant :
   Crémant d’Alsace     8.20 €
   3 “white” varieties are used for this Crémant :
   • Pinot Blanc : it structure the wine and bring sourness
   • Auxerrois : enrich the wine with fruits aromas
   • Chardonnay : give body and structure

   Apple and white flowers aromas at the nose ; fruity, soft and fresh at the palate.
   Very pleasant at celebration or at the aperitif.


   Crémant d’Alsace Blanc de Noir  8,50 €   (Available on spring 2012)

   This Crémant is maid only with Pinot Noir, but it’s a white wine. It’s finer and gave the wine fine
    fruit aromas.
    This Crémant will be better after 3 or 4 years bottling.
