This Pinot Noir comes from an old parcel of vines (40 years) ; so less harvest and more colour. This wine is matured in oak barrels during 6 to 10 months. Only the best vintages can be aged in oak barrels. This wine is perfect with duck, lamb, feather game and roe deer.
